THE USE OF INDIGOFERA LEAF FLOUR (Indigofera sp.) AS A SUBSTITUTE OF SOYBEAN FLOUR IN THE GROWING FEED OF RED TILAPIA (Oreochromis sp.)

Feed is one of the most important aspects that cannot be left out in fish farming process. One problems often faced by cultivators high price feed due to use imported raw materials, such as soybean meal flour. To reduce flour, a new innovation was carried form substitution local namely Indigofera sp. This study aims determine effect TDI (Indigofera sp.) substitute for flour on growth performance rearing red tilapia (Oreochromis sp.). used completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. P1 (without usage), P2 (10% P3 (20% P4 (30% usage). The data obtained were analyzed using analysis variance (ANOVA) then further tested Duncan's test. Based statistical analysis, test had significant (p<0.1) FCR not significantly different (p>0.1) absolute weight, length, SGR, SR fish. result this can up dose 30% feed, because it produces same weight growth, length control feed.
